REPORT OF THE PARTNERSHIP MEETING BETWEEN KHG KAISERSLAUTERN AND COMMUNAUTE CATHOLIQUE SAINT PAUL KIST-KHI

Partnership meeting, discussing the future of partnership between
COMMUNAUTE CATHOLIQUE SAINT PAUL KIST-KHI and KHG KAISERSLAUTERN

Agreements and strategic plan to build up the partnership in future:
2014: Build a facebook partnership-group for more contact and information between students from
rwanda and germany. COMMUNAUTE CATHOLIQUE SAINT PAUL KIST-KHI will build this group and invite the students to choin the group.
Build partnership committees in each parish at Kaiserlautern and Kigali. Vote a Chairman for
holding contact in the partnership committee.
Tasks of the partnership committees:
– Hold contact
– Build up partnership
– Give informations of partnership to the whole parish and outside (press, university..)
– Prepare and think about social projects
– Coordinate other partnership groups
– Hold contact to palatine partnership office at Kigali (rwandian) and Mainz(german)
Visit new school/University partnership coordinator Mareike Broermann at Mainz (KHG Kaiserslautzern)
Invite new school/University partnership coordinator Mrs Mareike Broermann at Kigali in
November (COMMUNAUTE CATHOLIQUE SAINT PAUL KIST-KHI) when she has arrived at Kigali

2015 Preparing together partnership meeting in germany.
Preparing together projects
October: Send names of partnership group visiting germany to KHG Kaiserslautern
End of the year: request VISA for partnership group at Belgium embassy
2016: Partnership meeting (10-14 days) at Kaiserslautern/Germany in 2016. Best time will be end of
may and beginning of June 2016.
